What is a quote?

A quote is a summary of your trip and what the various components of your trip will cost.

Typically, a client has 24 hours to decline the quote, make edits, or accept the quote and begin the booking process. If a quote isn’t accepted, the hold on the booking will expire and the pricing can change. Sometimes dramatically.

What information does a client need to provide to accept the quote and begin booking?

This information is a required part of the free Travel Quote Form submitted via email.

At the very least, information required includes:

• Email Address

• Lead guest Full First, Middle, and Last name as it appears EXACTLY on your valid ID or Passport

• Phone number

• Current mailing address

What does a quote look like?

A sample quote is included below, so you can know what to expect when you receive one. I use a travel agent program called “Tern” to build your quote.

You could receive up to three separate quotes via email at the same time. Please each quote carefully, as the flight information might be the same on all three, but the accommodations would be different, etc.
